Suitability by application
Milling
For mills, protein (typ. 11–14 %), wet gluten (typ. 24–30 %), falling number (min. 220 s, usually higher) and test weight (min. 76 kg/hl) indicate baking quality and flour yield. Add any other values that matter for your process to your enquiry.
Feed
Feed wheat is assessed mainly on moisture (max. 14 %), test weight and admixture; falling number does not matter here. Feed lots are always delivered GMP+ assured.
Quality and documentation
Typical lab analyses
Multi-residue pesticide screening, glyphosate/glufosinate, phosphine, chlormequat/mepiquat; aflatoxins, ochratoxin A, DON, zearalenone, T-2/HT-2, fumonisins; heavy metals and dioxins/PCB as required.
Documents
- COA per lot
- Organic certificate copy

Certifications
Certificates held by BIO Grains Trading AG. Feed lots are always delivered GMP+ assured; whether a lot is EU organic or Bio Suisse compliant depends on lot and origin and is stated in the offer.
typ. = typical range, min./max. = limit value. All figures are indicative; the binding specification is the one in our written offer or contract, and every lot comes with a certificate of analysis (COA).
