BIO Grains Trading AG supplies flour mills, oat and dehulling mills, flake producers and bakeries with certified organic grain as cleaned raw material in truckload quantities, prompt, under annual contracts or through contract farming, mainly in Ukraine.

Contract farming and volume planning
Through contract farming we secure volumes up to 2 years ahead. Cultivation is mainly in Ukraine: all crops that suit the local conditions, for example millet, flaxseed and pumpkin seeds; we particularly want to expand Styrian-type pumpkin seed kernels. This lets you plan annual demand and quality early.
On request we also arrange production to order and pre-finance crops.
Cleaning and preparation
Cleaning, CO² treatment and ecological pressure fumigation are carried out by long-standing partner facilities in the Netherlands and in Switzerland.
Quality and documentation
- Export analysis for every lot, mainly at Bilacon laboratory, typically pesticides, glyphosate, phosphine, growth regulators and mycotoxins (aflatoxins, ochratoxin A, DON, zearalenone, T-2/HT-2, fumonisins)
- Mixed sample drawn during loading by independent surveyors or at the loading place
- Loading sample of every lot retained for 6 months
- COA per lot, copy of the organic certificate and shipping documents
