Suitability by application
Linoleic or high oleic
High oleic oil has a high oleic acid content and is considered more stable to oxidation and heat; linoleic oil is the standard grade. Which type fits depends on your application.
Crude or refined
Refined oil (RBD, winterized, FFA max. 0.1 %) is meant for food applications without further refining. Crude oil (FFA max. 2 %) is processed further by the buyer or used in industrial applications, depending on the use.
Food & industrial use
Key values are FFA, peroxide value (max. 10 meq/kg), moisture and impurities; the values of each tank or lot are documented by a COA. For industrial use, send us your specification.
