Sunflower cake in LP or HP quality for feed and processing.
Organic sunflower cake is what remains when sunflower seed is mechanically pressed for oil – a press cake (expeller), not a solvent-extracted sunflower meal. BGT supplies it as LP (low protein, approx. 22–26 % protein) or HP (high protein, approx. 34–36 % protein, both as is), in bulk trucks or big bags, from EU and Ukrainian origins.

Suitability by application
Feed
As a protein feed for compound feed and rations, the relevant values are protein (LP approx. 22–26 %, HP approx. 34–36 %), residual oil (typ. 8–15 %), moisture (max. 10 %) plus fibre and microbiological parameters per lot. The applicable values are set out in the contract specification. Feed lots are always delivered GMP+ assured.

Certificates held by BIO Grains Trading AG. Feed lots are always delivered GMP+ assured; whether a lot is EU organic or Bio Suisse compliant depends on lot and origin and is stated in the offer.

Specification & sample
We clarify the intended use, quality parameters and the certification you need (EU organic, Bio Suisse, GMP+). Samples are available on request.

Offer & contract
You receive a written offer stating origin, specification, packaging, Incoterm (DAP, DDP) and delivery period – for prompt delivery or as an annual contract. Under DDP we handle import clearance, including the organic release in the EU or Switzerland, and any duties; under DAP this is on the buyer's side.

Delivery & documents
Delivery in the agreed packaging; minimum order: Full truckload. Documents supplied: COA per lot, Organic certificate copy, Shipping documents. We deliver regularly to Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Canada and the USA.
